Holiday Time

Regular full-time associates working 40 hours per week who have completed 90 days of continuous employment are eligible for paid holidays. Observable holidays include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

401(k) Savings Plan (Eligible 1st of the Quarter after 90 days)

Spartan's 401(k) Retirement Plan administered by The Standard, provides associates with a tax deferred way to save for their futures. Spartan will offer a match of 100% up to 4%  of wages. Roth option is also available. 100% vested in Employee and Employer funds.

Bereavement Leave

Spartan recognizes the difficulties faced by those who have a death in the immediate family (spouse, parent, parent-in-law, grandparents, son, daughter, sister, brother). Our bereavement policy is designed to provide needed time off work, with pay, to attend services.
