How does our Web portal make it easier for you to manage your data? It's simple. The Web portal allows Spartan clients to access their data remotely, from any computer - and in real time. The end result is added control for the customer and a complete WMS solution that is more organized, integrated and responsive.

Spartan's Web portal is completely in synch with our world class WMS solutions, providing up-to-the-minute inventory data across all areas: from the receiving dock to the shipping dock. Our warehouse management system tracks your inventory through every movement in the warehouse, providing unsurpassed accuracy and efficiency that you can monitor - anytime, anywhere.

About the Spartan Client Web Portal

Web portals allow Spartan clients to see any piece of your inventory quickly, easily and from almost any location. Because the Web portal is Web based, accessing your data is as simple as navigating a Web site - there is virtually no learning curve or level of difficulty. A unique user name and password restricts access in the Web portal to a client's specific data.

Spartan's Web portal can be customized for each client to show any data that the client may need. Each Spartan client can add extra forms to the Web portal and customize the menu options. Additionally, clients can print individual Web pages, or copy and paste the data from the screen to company or third party applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

The advantages of a Web portal versus other methods of accessing data are many. Instead of calling a technical support center or other service to gather information about inventory and other important data, clients can access the Web portal at any time from any computer with an active internet connection. Because the Web portal is fully integrated with Spartan's superior WMS solutions, clients can receive up-to-the-minute information about inventory anywhere in the warehouse.

The Web portal can be accessed by a defined number of users, although each user does not require a license. Rather, the Web portal as a whole does require an application server in your license per company. All licenses automatically include 1 Navision Application Server. If a client wants to use Spartan's Web portal with multiple companies, and in other circumstances, additional NAS licensed must be purchased.
